Job Description

– Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules
-Coordinate between project requirements before & during the building process.
-Coordinate inspection request cycles.
-Monitor contract & Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process
Personal skills:
-Gifted & Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment.
-Strong ability to coordinate effort to meet goals.
-Dynamic and self-motivated, Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job requirements :-
– Bachelor of engineering specialization in Rang / Architecture- project Management Department
– Experience :- 10-12 Years of experience Including 3 or
more years in similar position
– Computer skills :- MS Project scheduling, primavera
proficiency in use of computer program, AutoCAD
