  • Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and inventory reports
  • Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM
  • Follow-up on the inventory on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately
  • Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract.
  • Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
  • Prepare commission reports

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST
  • +3 years experience in the same position as Operation Manager
  • Experience in sales operations and contracts.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proficiently in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiently in using CRM system
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
