Responsibilities: –

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Telesales team.
  • develop telesales strategy and processes to maximize success.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • prepare reports and performance of team members.
  • Drive team performance to reach KPIs and Targets.

Job Requirements: –

  • at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new projects.
  • Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
  • Analytical &  Coaching  skills.
